DAY ONE

At the close of the scales on Day One of the Bluewater Classic, the standings are as follows:

INSHORE:

Bluefish: EARLEY MARINE    1lb

Spanish Mackerel:  KNOT WISH’N   1.8lbs

Flounder:   SALT SHAKER   3.9lbs

Lady Angler:   Cheryl Johnson with a 3.9lb Flounder

Junior Angler:   Hunter Carstens with a .3lb Bluefish

No boats fished Offshore on Day One

DAY TWO

Day Two had 5 boats offshore and fishing was tough! Two boats brought in 5.1 pound Mahi to the scales…Still Think’n and Frog Pile…Frog Pile’s fish was 3/8 of an inch bigger to take the lead. Double D took over the Bluefish Honors with a nice 2 pound taylor! 12 boats are out gunning today to get on that leader board!

DAY THREE

The 5th Annual Bluewater Classic is in the books!!! 12 boats fished the final day. ‘Frog Pile’ took 1st place Billfish with 3 Whites tagged and released as well as Top Mahi and Military Angler. Water Dog placed second in the Billfish division with a white caught by Lady Angler Pat Wessner.  Still Think’n took top tun…a with a .8 pound Blackfin, while Open Wide captured Top Wahoo with a 43.9 pounder.
